Programme Outline
All young people will be supported by a keyworker ( Activity Agreement Worker) who can provide 1:1 support prior to leaving school and then work with the young person on an individual timetable of activities. Activities can include work tasters, outdoor learning, creative arts and opportunities to gain awards and develop new skills.
